Servo System with PMSM Motor

OZ high speed door motor In the case of a high-speed automatic door motor, unlike a normal shutter door, it has to generate strong power and high speed at the sam time. Therefore, motors for industrial equipment are mainly used, and various motors are mainly used from 0.75kw to 5KW.
In addition, since precise control is required, a controller is required, and the controller mainly includes soft start/stop functions, interlockin with various equipment, safety control, and various interlock function:

PVC

PVC is the most widely used material for its chemical resistance, flexibility, and light weight.
PVC is waterproof, fireproof, and UV coated, so it can be used for various environments.
Since the connection method is made of PVC welding, various colors, designs, and transparent windows can be added easily. Some insulation can be provided by foam filling between PVC.
Each manufacturer has a similar connection type for compatibility.
Generally, PVC tarpaulin with a thickness of 0.8mm to 1.5mm is used, and in special cases, 2mm is used. It is used in roll- up or folding up type.

Servo System with PMSM Motor and Helical gear

Helical gear allows the motor to be installed inside the spiral and is designed to utilize space efficiently. In addition, all wiring can be used safely at any time with correct connections through plugs and caps.
PMSM AC(permanent magnet synchronous motor). The motor uses rare-earth permanent magnet material, which is more efficient than traditional asynchronous induction motors. It has the advantages of energy saving, light weight, low temperature rise, large torque, and double overload. Door shaft direct – driven approach, less installation space.

Dual operation Mode

Automatic-Manual Dual Operation Mode: When power is off or faulty, it can be turned on or off by manually operating the chain. The balanced torsion spring system counteracts most of the tension at the opening. It can be opened with a little force by hand (in the range of 180N) or easily opened with a hand chain.
